This policy explains what Snagged Shop collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Order information: name, email, phone (optional), shipping and billing address, items purchased.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Scratch & Win: the code you redeemed, your first name, email and (optionally) phone.
- Site usage: a random first-party cookie and the campaign or referring site that brought you here, used to understand which promotions work. We don't use device fingerprinting and don't sell your data.
How we use it
- To process and ship orders and deliver rewards (transactional messages).
- To send marketing emails or texts only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email, by replying STOP to texts, or in your account.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), and shipping carriers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live (e.g. California), you may have additional rights.
