Do I need an account to order?+
No. Guest checkout is always available. You can create an account later with the same email to see your order history.
How do I sign in?+
Enter your email and we'll send a one-time sign-in link — no password to remember.
When will my order ship?+
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.
What is a Scratch & Win card?+
Some orders include a Scratch & Win card. Scratch the panel to reveal a unique code, then visit snaggedshop.com/redeem to reveal your reward — usually a discount on your next order.
My scratch code isn't working.+
Double-check the characters (codes never contain the letters O, I or L, or the numbers 0 or 1). Each code can be redeemed once. If you're still stuck, contact us with a photo of your card.
Do I have to sign up for emails to get my reward?+
No. Marketing emails and texts are always optional. We only need your email to deliver your reward code.
Can I combine discount codes?+
One code per order.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
